We want to share the opportunities we have for you and your children at Christ Church Kingwood. Our mission for Children's Ministry is to impart the truth of the gospel for children to know Jesus, make disciples, and to partner with parents in building and establishing a gospel-centered foundation with their families. In CCK's Children's Ministry, we desire to bring assistance and encouragement to parents and grandparents as they raise and minister to our children. Read below for more information and as always, feel free to email our Children's Coordinators - Dianna Jonns and Amanda Carter.
WHAT IS SUNDAY LIKE?
There's not enough space to answer here; however, we do want to say that we love to have our kids in the service and yet we know that's not always possible or necessary. We provide bible study classes where you kids will read a Bible passage, talk through it, perhaps have an activity to learn more, and share a snack together.
We offer nursery, toddler, PreK, and elementary age classes at 9:15A as well as having 10:00A classes during our service. In both class times, children will hear a lesson. This lesson is repeated during the 10:00A class, if your children do not join you in the service. In our building, our younger children are downstairs and our PreK and elementary children are upstairs. There is a Children's Table set up in the main lobby, where our volunteers can help you get checked in and get you to the right class.

A TEACHING SAMPLE
Here is an example of a lesson plan and curriculum that we provide to our teachers and volunteers.
They will individually apply this to their classes and students. Each age level has a slightly different curriculum that teaches at the appropriate age level. All of our content is Gospel-centered, and Biblically-based.
